From Seed to Powder
No added sugar, no preservatives—just one step that removes the water from the plant. See what really happens before it goes into the jar.
What is microgreen powder?
Microgreens are young plants that are harvested a few days after sowing, when they have the highest concentration of vitamins and nutrients.
Our powder is made from exactly this microgreen: freshly harvested and freeze-dried. So it's the same microgreen, just without water.

100% plant-based, homegrown

Only water is removed

No additives

Why choose freeze-drying?
Water can be removed in two ways: by heat or by sublimation in a vacuum. We rely on the latter—here’s the difference.
Conventional drying: Heat removes the water, but it also alters the structure of sensitive vitamins.
Freeze-drying: Frozen water turns directly into steam in a vacuum—without any heating at all. All vitamins and nutrients are preserved.
The Entire Production Process
Every step—from seed to bottle—takes place here in Switzerland, without the use of imported raw materials.
We'll show you how the plant makes its way all the way into the bottle—by hand, in Switzerland, in small, limited-edition batches.
How many microgreens should you eat each day?
It is recommended to consume 20–25 grams daily (which is about the same as a bowl measuring 10 × 15 cm).
That's equivalent to 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of microgreens powder
Thus, one glass meets an adult's monthly requirement.

How many microgreens are in a jar?
When we harvest, we get 400–500 g of fresh microgreens. After drying, 10–15 g remain—carefully packaged for you.
In freeze-drying, only the water is removed—it accounts for the majority of the fresh weight. What remains is the dry matter of the plant itself.
How do I use the powder?
- In the morning: In a smoothie, oatmeal, or yogurt
- During the day: Mixed into water or juice
- When cooking: In bread, soups, and sauces
