What are the benefits of microgreens?
Microgreens contain many times more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than mature plants. They are a superfood that boosts the immune system, detoxifies the body, and provides energy.
Can you eat microgreens every day?
Yes! Our microgreens are grown by hand without any chemicals or fertilizers, making them perfect for daily consumption.
We offer two options for a personalized subscription: weekly delivery to your home and custom orders with pickup at the market.
Are microgreens also suitable for children, pregnant women, and seniors?
Yes, especially if—as is the case with ours—it is organically grown. Suitable for all age groups, provided there are no food intolerances.
What is the difference between microgreens and sprouts?
Sprouts grow without soil, only in water or on damp cheesecloth. You eat the whole plant—seeds and sprouts. Microgreens, on the other hand, are grown on a growing medium or coconut coir mats and harvested as soon as the first leaves appear.
They contain more vitamins, minerals, and chlorophyll than sprouts and have a more intense flavor.
Can you use the same seeds for microgreens and sprouts?
Yes, but it's important to use only food-grade seeds—that is, seeds that haven't been chemically treated.
Our seeds are specially formulated for microgreens and sprouts and are 100% food-safe.
Which is better—microgreens or sprouts?
Both are healthy! Sprouts provide valuable enzymes that aid digestion. Microgreens are particularly rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and chlorophyll.
Those who combine both benefit from the full range of nutrients.
Is it safe to eat microgreens?
Yes. We oversee every step—from organic seeds to packaging—entirely by hand and without the use of chemicals.
You can also try growing microgreens at home using our grow kits.
Are there any allergy risks?
If you know you are allergic to certain plants (e.g., mustard, celery), you should avoid the corresponding microgreens.
How can you use microgreens?
Perfect for salads, bowls, smoothies, soups, or avocado toast—delicious and healthy.

Can you eat microgreens warm?
Yes, but add it at the very end—heat destroys vitamins.
Can you freeze microgreens?
Freezing them normally preserves the vitamins, but once thawed, the microgreens lose their flavor and texture. If you want to extend their shelf life or always have microgreens on hand, we recommend microgreen powder or dried microgreens.
What do microgreens go well with flavor-wise?
Every variety has its place
How do you store microgreens?
Chopped microgreens should be stored in the refrigerator. Do not wash them beforehand. Depending on the variety, chopped microgreens will keep for 3–7 days.
If you buy microgreens in a container, they can be stored for up to two weeks if cared for properly.
Dried microgreens or powder can be stored for up to two years if kept in a dry place away from direct sunlight and protected from extremely low or high temperatures.
Can you grow microgreens at home?
Yes, we even sell kits for that. All you need is light, water, and a little patience.
Are the seeds for microgreens suitable for growing vegetables and plants?
Yes, the seeds for microgreens are carefully selected and have a high germination rate.
Why should we buy from you?
Because you're getting a product made by people, not from a factory.
Only fresh products.
If you buy microgreens in trays, you can enjoy fresh vitamins at home for up to two weeks.
