We are a family-owned business that brings together people from a variety of backgrounds: an experienced farmer, a biotechnologist, a professional chef, competitive athletes, and simply people who love high-quality food and care about their health.
Our goal is to preserve the power of nature in all its forms—fresh, dried, or concentrated—and to offer you products that are authentic, healthy, and full of life.
We use only the best seeds, natural organic fertilizers, and proven technologies,
which we have perfected over the years.
Thanks to flash freezing and freeze-drying (lyophilization), vitamins, minerals, and enzymes are optimally preserved.
We eat our microgreens ourselves—and we feed them to our kids, too. 🌿

You can find us every Saturday at the weekly market in St. Gallen, or you can order conveniently online—we’ll ship your order by mail or deliver it directly to your home.
We are also happy to advise you on: growing microgreens, the proper use of our products, and offer a custom drying service for your own harvest.
